- Vegetables - 1/2 bag baby leaf
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, minced
 
- Meat - 250g ground meat mix
 
- Dairy - 🧈 1 tbsp butter
 
- Pantry - 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
 
- Egg - 🥚 1/2 egg
 
ÉTAPES
Place minced onion, bell pepper, and shiitake mushrooms into a microwave-safe bowl. Add butter and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
Add the remaining meatloaf ingredients to the bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until sticky. Shape the mixture, pressing down lightly and creating a small indentation in the center. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 6 minutes and 20 seconds.
Check doneness by inserting a skewer; clear juices should come out. If not, microwave for an additional 1–1.5 minutes. Remove from the bowl, flip, and plate. Garnish with baby leaf and optionally drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise in a crisscross pattern.
