INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 handful glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, any type
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 🥬 3 stalks spinach
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Seasonings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Soak the glass noodles in water until softened.
Slice all vegetables into thin strips and prepare them.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry all sliced vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Boil water in the same pan, add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oil, then cook the soaked noodles for 1-2 minutes.
Drain the noodles and mix them with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp sesame oil while hot.
Combine the noodles with the stir-fried vegetables and adjust seasoning with soy sauce or sugar to taste.
Plate the japchae and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
