Meat Marinade
- 1.5 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Marinate the duck slices with rice wine, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for 1 hour to remove odor and tenderize the meat.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, plum extract, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Add the prepared sauce to the marinated duck and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated duck until halfway cooked.
Add the vegetables (green chilies, green onion, and onion) and continue stir-frying until fully cooked.
