- 🐖 100g pork
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🥬 30g cabbage
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 pinch black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Cut the cabbage into square pieces.
Chop the green onion into small slices.
Mix rice wine, doubanjiang, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, and black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté minced garlic.
Add pork to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add cabbage and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl and top with the stir-fried pork and vegetables.
