- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion

ÉTAPES
Defrost the pollock fillet and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Finely chop the green onion, green chili, red chili, and slice the perilla leaves.
Mince the pollock fillet into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the minced pollock with the seasoning ingredients (garlic, ginger juice, rice wine, salt, pepper) and combine well.
Add the chopped vegetables and mix them into the seasoned pollock mixture.
