- 🦐 1 pound shrimp
 - 🥦 350g broccoli
 - 1 red bell pepper
 - 🧄 15 cloves garlic
 
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 - 1 pinch black pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Clean the broccoli by submerging it in water and shaking it to remove debris. Steam for 1 minute and let it drain.
Slice garlic thinly, chop red bell pepper into thumb-sized pieces, and prepare shrimp by thawing or cleaning.
Heat a pan on high heat and add 4 tbsp olive oil.
Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add red bell pepper and steamed broccoli, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add thawed shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turns pink.
Turn off the heat once shrimp is fully cooked and serve immediately.
