- 🐟 2 cans canned tuna
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
- 3 chili peppers, finely chopped

- 3 tbsp pancake flour

- 1/4 tsp pepper
ÉTAPES
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Place the tuna in a bowl and mash it thoroughly.
Finely chop the chili peppers, removing the seeds.
Finely chop the carrot into small pieces.
Finely chop the green onions.
Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
Add the eggs and mix until fully combined.
Add salt, pepper, and pancake flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add cooking oil.
Scoop the mixture onto the pan and cook over medium heat.
Flip the pancakes once the bottom is golden brown.
Cook until both sides are golden brown and serve.
