Noodles
- 300g jjolmyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 1 cup boiled bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Sauce
- 6 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp plum extract
- 💧 6 tbsp water
- 5 tbsp red pepper paste
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi
ÉTAPES
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate it while preparing the vegetables.
Shred the vegetables and lightly boil the bean sprouts. Boil the eggs.
Separate the jjolmyeon noodles before boiling to prevent clumping.
Boil water and add 1-2 tbsp of vinegar before cooking the noodles for 3-4 minutes. Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain.
Plate the noodles, top with vegetables, add the sauce, and place a boiled egg on top.
Serve and enjoy your delicious jjolmyeon!
