- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 bok choy, chopped
- 🍅 4-5 cherry tomatoes, halved
Condiments
- 🧈 2 slices butter
- A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
ÉTAPES
Slice 3 shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Chop 1/2 onion finely.
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
Halve 4-5 cherry tomatoes.
Boil pasta in salted water for 7 minutes and drain.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add shrimp and stir-fry with a sprinkle of pepper.
Add shiitake mushrooms and butter, then stir-fry.
Add bok choy stems and season with salt and pepper.
Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and rice wine, stir-frying quickly.
Add cooked pasta and stir-fry.
Add 2 ladles of pasta water and stir until moist.
Add bok choy leaves and stir-fry briefly.
Add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry to finish.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
