INGRÉDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- Adequate amount of cornstarch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Optional Ingredients
- 🌰 Adequate amount of peanuts or almonds
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Season the tofu with a pinch of salt.
Place tofu and cornstarch in a bag and shake to coat evenly.
Fry the tofu in oil until golden brown and set aside.
Chop the peanuts or other nuts finely.
Combine chili oil, gochujang, corn syrup, mirin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a pan and simmer on low heat.
Add the chopped nuts and fried tofu to the sauce and mix quickly.
