INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 pack chicken wings
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 dried chilies
- 1/3 paprika
- 🧄 5-6 cloves garlic
Sauce
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Starch Mixture
- 1/3 tbsp corn starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Season the cleaned chicken wings with 3 pinches of salt and 2 dashes of pepper. Mix lightly to marinate.
Pan-fry the marinated chicken wings on both sides until golden brown. This takes approximately 30 minutes. Use low heat and keep the lid open for crispy skin.
While the chicken is cooking, slice the paprika, green onion, dried chilies, and garlic into appropriate sizes.
Mix the sauce ingredients and prepare the starch mixture.
Once the chicken is almost cooked, remove it from the pan. Fry the green onion and sliced garlic in the remaining oil until golden brown.
Add the chicken wings, paprika, dried chilies, and sauce to the pan. Simmer until the sauce coats the ingredients and becomes glossy.
Gradually add the starch mixture in three parts, stirring quickly to thicken the sauce and bind the ingredients.
