- 🍗 300g chicken thighs
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 2 green chilies
- 10–15 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Use plenty of cabbage for better flavor.
Debone chicken thighs if not pre-prepared. Use scissors for safety and ease.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, sugar, and red pepper flakes in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio. Adjust thickness with red pepper flakes and add sesame oil.
Marinate deboned chicken thighs in the prepared sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and layer vegetables first, then place marinated chicken on top. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with a lid.
Open the lid midway, cut chicken into smaller pieces, and mix with vegetables. Cook on medium heat.
Once fully cooked, garnish with green chilies and perilla leaves. Serve hot.
