Place tofu on a kitchen towel and sprinkle lightly with salt to remove excess moisture and enhance flavor.
Mix curry powder and flour in a 1:1 ratio to prepare the coating.
Coat the salted tofu evenly with the curry-flour mixture.
Beat the egg and dip the curry-coated tofu into the egg mixture to create an egg coating.
Pan-fry the egg-coated tofu on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Optionally sprinkle cheese powder on top and serve with sprouts as garnish.
