INGRÉDIENTS
- Vegetables - 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
 
- Dairy - 🧀 40g cream cheese, torn into small pieces
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pepper to taste
 
- Sauce - 1 mentaiko, inner flesh extracted
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
 
ÉTAPES
Slice cucumber thinly and arrange on a plate. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Extract the inner flesh of the mentaiko using a knife. In a bowl, mix mentaiko, milk, olive oil, vinegar, and cream cheese until well combined.
Add the tomatoes to the sauce mixture and combine. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and sprinkle with pepper to finish.
