ÉTAPES
Cut the ends off the cucumbers, slice them lengthwise, and cut into diagonal 3mm slices. Rub with 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the crab sticks in half and shred them.
Mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the cucumbers and crab sticks, then toss to combine.
