- 🥒 5 cucumbers
- 1 handful of chives

- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of ginger
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp plum extract
ÉTAPES
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and remove any rough skin using a peeler.
Cut the cucumbers into quarters lengthwise and then into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water with 2 tbsp of salt and pour the hot salted water over the cucumber pieces.
Let the cucumbers sit in the hot salted water for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Cut the chives into small pieces, about half the length of the cucumber pieces.
Mix anchovy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger, and plum extract in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.
Combine the cucumbers and chives with the prepared seasoning and gently mix until evenly coated.
Serve immediately for a fresh taste or refrigerate for a few hours to enhance the flavors.
