- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Clean the chives by shaking off dirt and rinsing multiple times, then chop them into small pieces.
Prepare the dressing by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
Add the cucumber and chives to the dressing and gently toss to coat evenly.
