- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Wash the cucumber and peel it using a peeler.
Slice the beef into thin strips or use pre-sliced beef for convenience.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Prepare the beef marinade by mixing soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Once the beef is almost cooked, add the salted cucumber slices.
