- Vegetables - 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
 
- Dairy - 🧀 3 pieces cream cheese (54g)
 
- Seafood - 1/2 packet bonito flakes (2g)
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
ÉTAPES
Trim both ends of the cucumbers and peel them partially using a peeler to create stripes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces using a rolling cut method.
Cut the cream cheese into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Add the cucumber, cream cheese, and bonito flakes, then toss to combine.
