- 300g garlic scapes
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 1/3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Trim the bulbous parts of the garlic scapes and cut them into 3-4 cm pieces.
Boil water with 1/2 tbsp salt and blanch the garlic scapes until 3-4 pieces float.
Rinse the blanched garlic scapes under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Mix oligosaccharide, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, gochujang, and chili powder to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine the garlic scapes with the seasoning sauce, then finish with sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds.
