    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp gochujang

ÉTAPES

Prepare 2 cucumbers and peel the green skin using a peeler.

Cut off 2 cm from both ends of the cucumbers.

Slice the cucumbers diagonally into bite-sized pieces.

Place the sliced cucumbers in a bowl and add 1 tbsp sea salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes.

Cut the chives into finger-length pieces and slice the onion into thin strips.

Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, plum extract, corn syrup, and gochujang.

Rinse the salted cucumbers in cold water and drain well.
