INGRÉDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 270g bread crusts
Oil & Butter
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
Seasoning
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌿 1 tbsp parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut the bread crusts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 cm thick.
Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
Toss the bread pieces with the olive oil mixture until evenly coated.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over very low heat and add the coated bread pieces.
Stir occasionally and cook for about 30 minutes until the croutons are crispy and golden.
Spread the croutons on a tray to cool completely.
