ÉTAPES
Drain the tuna and tofu thoroughly, then mash them finely.
In a bowl, mix tuna, tofu, onion, carrot, green onion, salt, pepper, egg, and cornstarch until well combined.
Shape the mixture into round patties and coat them in flour followed by beaten egg.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden and crispy.
