    • 70g wild chive
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame salt
  • Perilla Oil Tofu Ingredients

    • 1 block tofu
    • 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
    • 🧂 2–3 pinches salt
    • 3 tbsp perilla oil

ÉTAPES

Clean wild chives by soaking them in cold water for 10 minutes. Remove the bulb skins and trim the ends.

Finely chop the wild chives, including the crushed bulbs.

Mix soy sauce, anchovy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, sesame salt, and perilla oil to create the aromatic soy sauce.

Slice tofu into thick pieces and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with 2–3 pinches of salt and let sit for 10 minutes.

Coat both sides of the tofu slices evenly with glutinous rice flour.

Heat a pan over low heat and add 3 tbsp of perilla oil. Fry tofu slices on both sides for about 10 minutes each.

Place the fried tofu on a plate and top with the aromatic soy sauce.
