ÉTAPES
Peel and cut the potatoes in half to reduce cooking time. Boil them until soft.
Melt 1/2 tbsp butter in a pot and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the boiled potatoes to the pot.
Pour in 2 cups of milk and blend the mixture using a hand blender or a regular blender.
Simmer the blended soup on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.
Simmer for at least 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
