- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 130g water
- 🌰 80g chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Filling
- 350g cream cheese
- 🧂 20g sugar
- 🌰 8 whole walnuts
ÉTAPES
Prepare the bread dough using a bread machine and mix the cream cheese filling ingredients separately.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Flatten each dough ball, add 40g of cream cheese filling, and seal tightly.
Place the filled dough on a baking tray and let rise for 30 minutes.
Top each dough ball with a whole walnut.
Press the dough lightly using another baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
