ÉTAPES
Cut the crab sticks, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and add the onion and zucchini first, as they take longer to cook.
Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and stir until the onion turns slightly translucent.
Add the crab sticks and oyster sauce, then stir until evenly mixed.
Once the zucchini is fully cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle black pepper. Mix well before serving.
Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
