- 🍚 400g cooked rice
- 150g crab sticks
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 0.2 tbsp ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients and make the seasoning sauce in a separate bowl.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Slice the onion, shred the crab sticks, and chop the green onion.
Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the onion, crab sticks, and green onion on high heat for about 1 minute.
Add the seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
Cook the eggs until they transition from soft to firm, then turn off the heat.
Serve the mixture over cooked rice and enjoy.
