Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion

- 🥛 1/4 cup milk
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and separating egg whites and yolks.
Season egg whites and yolks separately with salt.
Add milk to the egg yolks and mix well.
Combine chopped vegetables with the egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of egg white mixture into the pan and cook until set. Roll it gently.
Repeat the process until all egg white mixture is used up.
