INGRÉDIENTS
- Rice - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
 
- Seafood - 1/2 stick mentaiko (25g)
 
- Vegetables - 2 shiso leaves
 
- Condiments - 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
 
- Seasonings - 1 packet katsuobushi (4g)
- 1 tbsp tempura flakes
 
- Liquid - 💧 200ml water
 
ÉTAPES
Combine katsuobushi, water, and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Heat at 600W for 2 minutes, let cool, then strain and refrigerate.
Cut mentaiko into bite-sized pieces, place on a foil-lined tray, and toast in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Tear shiso leaves into small pieces by hand.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with tempura flakes, shiso leaves, and mentaiko. Pour the chilled dashi over the rice.
