INGRÉDIENTS
- Seafood - 🦪 3 handfuls of clams
 
- Vegetables - 🧄 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 🧅 10 cm green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
 
- Seasoning - 1/2 cup rice wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare the clams by soaking them to remove sand.
Slice garlic, chop bell pepper to match garlic size, and slice green onion and chili pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add clams, chili pepper, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour in rice wine and stir-fry until the clams release their juices, then add oyster sauce.
Add green onion and finish cooking. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
