- 350g chwinamul (aster leaf)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 2/3 tbsp gochujang
- 2/3 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Boil water with 1/2 tbsp salt, then blanch chwinamul and onion for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Rinse the blanched chwinamul in cold water 2–3 times and squeeze out excess water gently.
Thinly slice the onion, finely chop the garlic, and slice the red chili.
Mix soybean paste, gochujang, plum extract, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Loosen the chwinamul and mix it with the prepared seasoning gently.
Add sliced onion, red chili, sesame seeds, and sesame oil, then mix gently again.
