- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 0.5–1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1.5 handfuls somen noodles
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Julienne 1/2 zucchini and mince 2 cloves of garlic.
Salt the zucchini and let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
Rinse the salted zucchini lightly under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat a pan on high heat, add oil, and stir-fry the zucchini for 2 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, plum extract, and sesame oil.
Pour the sauce over the zucchini and stir-fry on medium heat for another 2 minutes.
Add 3 tbsp water to the pan and simmer until the zucchini is well-coated with the sauce.
Cook somen noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes, adding cold water occasionally to prevent overflow.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place the noodles in a serving bowl, top with the zucchini mixture, and garnish with crushed sesame seeds.
