ÉTAPES
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar in a bowl to create the sauce.
Stir-fry the seasoned beef in a pan until the surface is cooked.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
