- 140g all-purpose flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 2g baking powder
- 🧂 0.5g salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 110g butter, softened
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3g vanilla oil
Sweeteners
- 🧂 50g organic sugar

ÉTAPES
Cream the softened butter until smooth, then mix in the organic sugar.
Beat the egg and gradually add it to the mixture in 2-3 parts, mixing thoroughly to prevent separation.
Sift and mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt) into the wet mixture.
Fold in half of the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Shape the dough into 15g portions, flatten slightly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the remaining chocolate chips onto the tops of the cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
