- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 🍬 2/3 cup sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 cup milk
Mix-ins
- 🍫 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 🍇 1/4 cup raisins
- 🌰 1/4 cup sliced almonds
ÉTAPES
Sift together glutinous rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
Add eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Mix in 2/3 of the chocolate chips, raisins, and sliced almonds into the batter.
Pour the batter into a low-height baking pan or mold.
Top the batter with the remaining chocolate chips, raisins, and almonds.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
