- 🍚 1.5 bowls warm rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 handful chives
Seasonings
- 0.7 tbsp cooking oil
- 0.7-1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.7-1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare 2 eggs and 1 handful of chives. Wash the chives and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently stir with chopsticks to create scrambled eggs.
Once the scrambled eggs are nearly done, add the chives and stir briefly before turning off the heat.
Mix warm rice with soy sauce and sesame oil to prepare soy sauce rice.
Top the soy sauce rice with the chive egg stir-fry and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
