- 🥓 70g block bacon
 
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
 
Vegetables
- 1 stalk (100g) chingensai
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
Seasoning
- 150cc olive oil
 - Sliced chili to taste
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the root of the chingensai slightly and slice into 3cm widths. For the root, cut into bite-sized radial pieces. Halve the garlic vertically, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm widths, then further slice into 1cm cubes. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt, then heat on low. Once aromatic, add bacon, octopus, and chingensai. Simmer on medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
