- 3 tbsp mustard sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Prepare 2 boiled eggs and clean the chicory. Tear the chicory into pieces and place them on a plate.
Slice the boiled eggs and place them on top of the chicory.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard sauce in a 1:1 ratio, approximately 3 tbsp each. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir well.
Drizzle the dressing over the chicory and eggs. Optionally, sprinkle parsley powder or black sesame seeds on top for decoration.
