Prepare 2 boiled eggs and clean the chicory. Tear the chicory into pieces and place them on a plate.

Mix mayonnaise and mustard sauce in a 1:1 ratio, approximately 3 tbsp each. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir well.
