INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
 
Vegetable
- 🍠 1/2 sweet potato, sliced
 
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 - 1/2 tsp chili paste
 - 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the sweet potato into 1cm thick pieces and soak in water. Drain the water. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
Add the sweet potato slices to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes. Flip the sweet potato slices, cover again, and steam for another 2 minutes.
Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken and sweet potato evenly.
