- 🍗 300g chicken tenderloin
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cup diced zucchini
- 🍄 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌾 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash chicken tenderloin thoroughly and remove tendons. Soak in milk for 30 minutes to tenderize and remove odor.
Cut the marinated chicken into bite-sized pieces. For rice bowls, chop finely.
Prepare vegetables by cutting zucchini, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and onion into similar-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Add chicken and stir-fry with 1 tbsp soy sauce until lightly browned.
Add onion and carrot first, stir-fry until slightly softened. Then add zucchini and shiitake mushrooms.
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Add to the pan and stir until evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm.
