 - 1 tbsp rice wine
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 1/2 cup water
 - 4 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
 - 3 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 💧 2 tbsp water
 
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with salt, pepper, rice wine, and minced garlic.
Chop onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag, add cornstarch, and coat thoroughly.
Fry the chicken in preheated oil until golden and crispy.
In a preheated pan, combine water, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a boil, add vegetables, and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Place the fried chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
