- 120g daikon, sliced
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion

- 💧 200cc water

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice thinly into half-moon shapes.
Heat salad oil in a pot, add ground chicken, and stir with chopsticks over low heat until cooked. Add daikon and stir briefly.
Add water and seasonings (salt, dashi powder, grated ginger). Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
