- 2/3 cup chopped chicken radish
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cooking oil

ÉTAPES
Prepare 2/3 cup of chicken radish and drain the liquid.
Chop the chicken radish into bite-sized pieces.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Mix the beaten eggs gently with the rice to coat evenly.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the egg-coated rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the chopped chicken radish to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Transfer the fried rice to a bowl and press gently to shape.
Invert the bowl onto a plate and garnish with parsley flakes.
