    • 🍗 200g chicken mince
    • 🧈 300g firm tofu
    • 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
    • 2 tbsp potato starch
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • Enough vegetable oil for frying
  • Sauce

    • 50g mentaiko (pollock roe)
    • 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🥛 1 tbsp milk

Place tofu on a paper towel-lined plate, wrap it, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe. Mix the roe with mayonnaise and milk in a bowl to make the mentaiko sauce.

In a bowl, mix chicken mince and tofu until smooth. Add corn, potato starch, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Shape into 20 bite-sized balls.

Heat vegetable oil to 180°C in a pot. Fry the nuggets until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Serve the nuggets on a plate with mentaiko sauce on the side.
