- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 7 green beans
- 🍅 600g tomato sauce
- 250ml chicken stock
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of dried rosemary
- 100ml mirin
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the basic ingredients.
Marinate the chicken with mirin generously to remove any odor and enhance flavor absorption.
Mix the chicken with salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and olive oil, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
