- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 🧂 A pinch of herb salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp ginger powder
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 🥚 1 egg
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp honey or syrup
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken breast into pieces and marinate with herb salt, minced garlic, ginger powder, and soy sauce.
Mix 1 egg and 5 tbsp cornstarch with the marinated chicken.
Heat oil to 150-160°C and fry the chicken pieces until light golden brown.
Stir gently to prevent the chicken pieces from sticking together.
Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly.
Increase the heat to high and fry the chicken again until crispy.
Serve with shredded cabbage and dip in ketchup.
For sauce, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, and 2 tbsp honey or syrup. Cook on low heat and toss half of the fried chicken in the sauce.
