- 40g cake flour
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 25-50g biscuits (optional)

ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients and set aside biscuits and butter if using.
Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag and mix with melted butter.
Spread the biscuit mixture evenly at the bottom of a cake pan.
Mix softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
Add eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Gradually add milk to the mixture while stirring.
Sift cake flour into the mixture and fold gently.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and drop it gently to release air bubbles.
Bake at 170°C for 50-60 minutes in a water bath.
Cool the cake and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
