- 🥕 70g carrot, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2g black pepper

- 🍚 3.5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 60g curry powder
- 500ml water
Seaweed
- 🌿 10g crushed seaweed
ÉTAPES
Prepare shrimp by cleaning, deveining, and chopping 300g finely, leaving 50g coarsely chopped for texture.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté half the chopped onion for 3 minutes, then add carrot and finely chopped shrimp. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add cooked rice to the pan, season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well and let cool.
Shape the rice mixture into balls, stuffing each with mozzarella cheese. Coat with beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry the rice balls in 170°C oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
Prepare shrimp sauce by sautéing remaining onion and shrimp, adding water, curry powder, ketchup, and corn syrup. Simmer until thickened.
Serve rice burgers with shrimp sauce and garnish with crushed seaweed.
